Eligibility

• Educational qualification: 
• Personal Assistant: Graduate Degree with Diploma or Certificate in Stenography along with CCC issued by DOEACC/ NIELIT Society. 
• Reader: Intermediate (Matric) with CCC Certificate issued by DOEACC/ NIELIT Society and 25/30 words per minutes for Hindi/ English Typewriting on Computer. 
• Munsarim: Intermediate with CCC Certificate issued by DOEACC/ NIELIT Society and 25/30 words per minutes for Hindi/ English Typewriting on Computer. 
• Suit Clerk: Intermediate with CCC Certificate issued by DOEACC/ NIELIT Society and 25/30 words per minutes for Hindi/ English Typewriting on Computer. 
• Misc. Clerk: Intermediate with CCC Certificate issued by DOEACC/ NIELIT Society and 25/30 words per minutes for Hindi/ English Typewriting on Computer. 
• Orderly / Peon: Junior High school. 
• IT Supporting Staff: (a) B.E.(Computer Science or related subject) or equivalent higher qualification from a recognized University/ Institution. (OR) (b) M.C.A./ M.Sc. (Computer Science or related subject) from a recognized University/Institution. (OR) (c) Second Class Bachelors Degree from a recognized University with 'B' level course certificate from DOEACC/NIELIT.
• Age limit: 18 to 40 & in IT Supporting Staff Maximum 30 Years
• Application Fee:
•  The Candidates may apply for more than one Post Code, however they will have to apply and pay the examination fee separately for each Post Code.
• (1) For Class III and Contractual ICT Posts -> For General and OBC category shall have to pay ₹ 750/- (+ Bank charges extra) separately for each Post Code and the candidates belonging to SC/ST category of Uttar Pradesh only shall have to pay ₹ 500/- (+ Bank charges extra) separately for each Post Code. 
• (2) For Class IV posts -> For General and OBC category shall have to pay ₹ 500/- (+ Bank charges extra) and the candidates belonging to SC/ST category of Uttar Pradesh only shall have to pay ₹ 300/- (+ Bank charges extra).

Selection Process

• Final selection will be based on written examination

Exam pattern & Syllabus

• Written exam pattern: Offline Written Examination (on O.M.R. Sheet) followed by Hindi/English Computer Type Test, Hindi/English Shorthand Test and Practical Knowledge of Programming Test wherever applicable.
