Eligibility
- Educational qualification:
- Constable & Head Constable: 10+2 pass / 12th pass or equivalent
- Assistant Sub Inspector (ASI): Graduate in computer / ITI from recognized by UGC University
- Age limit: The applicants must be in between 18-25 years (33 years for MP domicile candidates) of age as on 01-August-2017 to apply for these positions. However, there will be relaxation in upper age limit as per rules (for privileged category only).
- Application Fee: General- Rs 500 for Paper-I and Rs 700 for Paper-II & ST/SC/OBC - Rs 250 for Paper-I and Rs 350 for Paper-II

Selection Process
- The selection for these posts will be done through a written examination only. No interview will be organized for such positions. This will be followed by physical test, trade test, and verification of documents and final Medical Examination.
Physical Standard:
- Height: Male (General/OBC) - 167.64 cms, Male (ST/SC) - 157.48 cms, Female (All Casts) - 165.10 cms
- Chest: 81 - 86 cms for General/OBC and 76 - 81 cms for Male (ST/SC)
Vyapam MP Police Recruitment Exam Pattern & Exam Syllabus:
- Paper - 1:
- General knowledge / Reigning : 40 Marks
- General Mental Ability: 30 Marks
- Science & Basic Arithmetic: 30 Marks
- Paper - 2 : Technical Syllabus (Compute Networking & Software): 100 Marks
